Come to the Farmers Branch Historical Park on the Thursday and Friday before Halloween to learn about famous and infamous murders, murderers, and mayhem dating back to the Victorian era and beyond. Inspired by the works of Edgar Allen Poe and real historical events, these tours will highlight some of the more interesting and haunting stories of the past. Learn about the "Midnight Assassin", a serial killer who stalked Texas in the mid-1880s.
Spot the murder weapon in the Victorian kitchen, used when a wife was pushed just a little too far. Explore the perils of Victorian clothing - it's more deadly than you might think! The themes of this tour may not be appropriate for younger audiences and no children younger than 16 years of age will be admitted.
